In the front of the house has a beautifully landscaped yard, a driveway for parking; there is always plenty additional parking in front of the house on the street. The front porch has a partial ocean view.

One street behind the house starts the Laguna Greenbelt Wilderness Area - ideal for hiking and biking. The beach is in walking distance (10 Min.), the nearby shopping center (1 Min.) is out of sight but provides everything from Restaurants, Mailconnection, take-outs, grocery store, drugstore, pet store, doctors, veterinarian, dentist....

Ben Brown's, a nice 9 hole golf course is right around the corner and tucked away in a beautiful canyon. Main Beach and the center of Laguna is a short scenic drive away, 2 miles to the North.

LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) is about 70 Min. by car.
SNA (Santa Ana Airport) is about 20 Min. by car.
Disney Land is about 30 Min. by car.
San Diego is about 65 Min. by car.
